We had the pleasure of working with Whitney McMeekin for our New Year’s Eve wedding, and we truly cannot recommend her highly enough! When we realized the stage didn't have a central staircase for my entrance, she called on her connections and arranged for one to be custom-built! She managed to make the big moments feel grander—floral design, live music, and fireworks—while making the small details feel personal and intimate, like hand-tying bows on all the champagne coupes.
On the wedding day, Whitney was everywhere yet completely unobtrusive—she checked in with us, kept everything on schedule, and ensured all the vendors were in sync. Her ability to juggle every task with a smile and her attention to even the smallest details made all the difference. Thanks to Whitney, we were able to be fully present on our big night. After the wedding, so many of our guests commented on how flawlessly it was run—everyone had a blast, and there was never a dull moment. That’s all thanks to Whitney.
