We partner with organizations, individuals, and cities to transform everyday events and experiences into something truly special, unique, and fun. We take your vision and elevate it beyond the standard to create thoughtful, special moments that leave a lasting impression. Our goal is to bring magic into the ordinary, making sure every event is memorable and meaningful.

We take the load off by managing all aspects of the event planning and execution. This allows you to stay in your "zone of genius" while we handle the details.

From organizing logistics to creating moments of reflection and celebration, we ensure that everything is meticulously planned so you can experience your event as if you're a guest. Our process is led by a unique vision, positivity, and heart-centred energy that brings excitement and fun to the table.

  • … and is willing to help out event programming with the BIA when needed.  She is a strong advocate of Hamilton and her fellow small businesses especially in International Village.  Whitney has a strong work ethic and is easy to work with.  When faced with a task, she upholds her part of the programming with professionalism and grace. Whitney always delivers a fantastic event and I never have to worry about the job being completed in a timely and accurate manner.

    In 2016, Whitney and I hosted a movie night called 'Take Me Out to the Ballgame' and she was an absolute pleasure to work with.  From there, we were able to do similar movie night events leading up to the pandemic and since, have partnered doing similar community minded events for our BIA.
